Do I have to bring everything to the curb?
No. Tell us where the items are, including rooms, floor levels, stairs, and attic or storage access. We can discuss carrying items out as part of your removal estimate.
What affects the price?
The volume, weight, type of material, carrying distance, stairs, disassembly, and labor all affect the estimate. Larger or more complex cleanouts may be best assessed in person.
Can you pick up just one item?
Yes. Contact us about single couches, mattresses, appliances, and other bulky items. Send a photo, your location, and any access details for an estimate.
Do you offer same-day or next-day pickup?
Ask us about same-day or next-day availability. Scheduling depends on your location, the scope of the job, and the crew’s existing schedule.
Can you help with moving and junk removal together?
Yes. General Junkies handles what you are clearing out, and General Movers Co. handles the belongings you are keeping. Select the moving-help option in your request so we can discuss a coordinated plan.
What about donations or unusual materials?
Tell us if you need a donation pickup or have materials that need special handling. Confirm the items and destination with us first; acceptance and disposal options depend on the material and the receiving facility.
