Estimate requests on this website

The estimate builder prepares a message locally in your browser. It does not upload your form details or send them automatically. Choose text or email to open your selected app, review the message, optionally attach photos, and press Send. Your messaging or email provider then handles the transmission.

Information you send us

When you contact General Junkies, we may receive your name, phone number, email, service location, job description, photos you choose to send, and scheduling preferences. We use this information to respond, prepare an estimate, arrange the service you request, and communicate about your job.

Moving and junk removal together

General Junkies and General Movers Co. are operated by the same local team. If you ask for both services, we use the details you provide to discuss and coordinate both parts of the job.

Website resources and other services

The website’s fonts and work photos are hosted with the site. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. We have not added analytics scripts or advertising pixels to this version of the site. External social media, review, messaging, and email services have their own privacy policies.

Other ways you contact us

If you submit information through a separate advertisement, social media lead form, or another provider, that service may also process the information under its own policy. Contact us with questions about a specific inquiry you have submitted.
